Design

All of our bouquets are handmade and may vary slightly as each creation is a one-off. We design all of our bouquets and reserve the right to modify our designs from time to time.

Colours

Every effort has been made to accurately depict product colours on our Site. However, colours and their saturation are affected by your computer monitor so we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays our colours accurately

Warranty

Occasionally where supplier availability affects our production we retain the right to substitute products with same or greater value. Silk flowers may change according to seasonal and range updates but will always be complimentary to the colour scheme ordered. Baby Florelle (NZ) Ltd does not warrant that a product is available or suitable for your purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Payment

Payment is taken at time of order. Once payment is received in full orders are dispatched. Payments by cheque and direct credit must be cleared into account before order is dispatched.

Returns

Every care is taken to provide you with a baby gift that we hope will delight its recipient. We take pride in our quality control and presentation checks before your order leaves our premises and will happily exchange, refund or replace any item that is faulty as a result of our error within 14 days of purchase.  We must receive the bouquet/baby gift in its original packaging.
